Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Job Title: Planning Performance Management Engineer

Description

• The Planning and Performance Management Engineer is responsible for supporting the strategic planning and performance management activities within the asset. 
• This role involves developing, analyzing, and optimizing production plans, operational performance metrics, and forecasts to ensure that the company meets its strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Master's or higher degree will be an added advantage
• Minimum of #5- #8 years of experience in planning, performance management, or related in an upstream oil & gas company.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of planning and performance principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information accordingly.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,) and planning software (e.g., Oracle).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
