Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience by addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining brand excellence in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer support via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain updated customer records in the CRM system and track interactions.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Stay informed on product details, styling tips, and industry trends to offer expert guidance.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to improve service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4years in customer service, preferably in luxury retail or beauty.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of luxury hair products is a plus.
