Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team and drive business growth.
• A talented Business Development Officer to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. 
• As a Business Development Officer, you'll focus on developing and executing business strategies to expand our import and export, logistics, and supply chain management services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in import and export, logistics, and supply chain management
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
• Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the import and export, logistics, or supply chain management industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with import and export regulations, logistics, and supply chain management
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems (e.g., cargo management systems)
• Familiarity with international trade agreements and regulations.
