Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Description

• We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to help carry out research into industry trends and
• public perception and aid the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen client’s brand identity.

What you will do will look like

• Develop and implement brand strategies and plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Lead the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and strategies.
• Manage brand budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to drive brand initiatives.
• Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies and media partners.
• Mentor and guide junior brand managers and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful brands.
• Experience managing B2B brands across key sectors (Knowledge of the Finance, Oil and Gas and the Energy sector is an advantage)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to think strategically.
