We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Location: Ibeju - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop a well structured security architecture for the whole organisation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks and strategies.
• Monitor and track security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee and manage security operations, including physical security, cybersecurity, and incident response.
• Ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of security technologies and systems.
• Conduct security audits and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement security awareness programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 15 years experience in security management and administration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in security management and risk management.
• Knowledge of security technologies and standards.
• Ability to analyze and interpret security data.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
