We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Staff (Technician) 

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Performing regular checks and maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and facilities.
• Making necessary repairs to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
• Identifying and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Keeping records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
• Skilled in plumbing and general vocational trades
• Ability to implement preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
• Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner

Salary
N35,000 - N40,000 / month.
