Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Fashion Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury boutique. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, visual merchandising, inventory management, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and ensure the store is always well-presented.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
• Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
• Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 5-10years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Fashion industry knowledge and a passion for luxury fashion.
• Proven sales and management experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
