Job Title: Real Estate Fund / Investment Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Fund/Investment Manager to oversee our investment portfolio, source new investment opportunities, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement investment strategies to achieve business objectives
Source, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities in real estate
Conduct market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment to inform investment decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners
Provide polished, professional presentations and reports to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders
Directly source, value, negotiate, and close real estate deals within tight deadlines.
Generate offers, negotiate, and execute investment opportunities with prospects.
Assist with the review of legal documents, third-party reports, and other materials.
Conduct thorough market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment to inform investment decisions.
Track and monitor current trends in equity markets.
Assist with client presentations and Investment Book preparation.
Work with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance, to ensure seamless deal execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners.
Performance Expectations:
Deal Pipeline Management: Manage a high-volume deal pipeline, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Market Knowledge: Consistently demonstrate a deep understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Presentation Skills: Provide polished, professional presentations and reports to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.

A strong educational background in real estate, finance, or a related field, with relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA).

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
Experience in sourcing, underwriting, and closing investment transactions and financing, with a strong understanding of real estate investment principles.
Established network of broker, owner, and financial institution relationships, with the ability to leverage these connections to drive business growth.
Sound understanding of the capital markets, including trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Strong financial background and expertise with financial modeling, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, Argus, and other financial software.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and changing expectations, with a strong focus on transaction execution and closure.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, investment strategies, and business priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts and strategies to various stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong educational background in real estate, finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investments, fund management, or a related field
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are an added advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Applicant must be between 25 to 40 years of age.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
