Job Description

• Explores external business opportunities by contacting potential partners and clients.
• Identify business issues. Gather and analyse data; propose data-driven solutions.
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Assessment of potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
• Proposal development and presentation.
• Assessment of internal factors with the potential to produce value and determines leveraging grounds for the company.
• Investigation and rigorous assessment of profitable Investments, that are in view of the firm’s diversification interests.
• Maintain and improve the firm’s relationship with potential partners in the aviation industry and beyond. 
• Stakeholder management.
• Participate and engage in the firm’s consultancy activities and perform an evaluation of each consultancy-related activity.
• Generating reports on business development activities as required.

Business Analyst Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop revenue-generating proposals to organizations to deliver value and fill existing gaps for clients
• Gain an understanding of Aglow Aviation’s vision and business processes relevant to various project goals
• Develop periodic documents and presentations which evaluate Nigeria’s aviation sector
• Document processes and solutions to help refine and proffer solutions to aviation sector challenges: documentation will involve  diagrams illustrating model(s)
• Develop innovative and competitive ideas that will challenge the status quo by creating initiatives that enhance established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Educational Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preference for work experience in the aviation sector.
• Preference for industry-based certificates or training.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) and knowledge of alternate analytical applications
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Solid time management skills.
• Solid numerical skills.
• Strong Research and business writing skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
