Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our dynamic team.
• This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for engineering and an eagerness to develop their skills and careers in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing your technical knowledge and professional capabilities.
• You will gain exposure to a range of engineering functions, particularly in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and work closely with experienced engineers to ensure the efficient and safe operation of various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical and electrical systems and processes.
• Participate in the maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Support the engineering team in executing projects according to specifications, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Learn and apply industry-standard tools and software for engineering calculations, drawings, and simulations.
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying technical issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all engineering activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Participate in continuous learning and development through on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (B.Eng, B.Tech).
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering or related fields.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
