Job Title: Social Media Manager and Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a creative and results - driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to develop and execute online marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media management, content creation, paid advertising, and analytics.
  • This role requires someone who can create compelling content, manage campaigns, and optimize digital performance to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Plan and execute paid social media and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversion.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with other teams to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing, design, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
