The Company is now seeking to recruit dynamic and motivated Sales Executives.

Job Title: Sales Executive (Travel & Tours) 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the travel industry. 
• The ideal candidate must have a proven client base, with prior experience in sales. Travel industry experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, and other travel-related services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide personalised travel solutions based on client needs and preferences.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and competitive pricing.
• Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to enhance sales.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Work closely with the reservations, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience (travel industry experience is an added advantage).
• Must have an existing client base.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
