Job Description

• We are seeking a Product Monitoring Supervisor to oversee the monitoring and inspection of products at various stages of production. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and production efficiency goals while identifying and addressing product issues to maintain consistency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and implement product monitoring activities throughout the production process.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality meets company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor production performance metrics, identifying deviations and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Work closely with quality assurance, production, and R&D teams to enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other industry quality standards.
• Investigate product defects, inconsistencies, and consumer complaints, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on product monitoring, testing results, and corrective measures.
• Train and guide production staff on quality control processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency and production efficiency.
• Ensure all monitoring equipment is properly calibrated and maintained for accurate results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Quality Control, Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in product monitoring, quality control, or production supervision, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, product testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools for product monitoring.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce strict quality control measures.
