Job Title: Multimedia Content Specialist

Job Summary

• We're seeking a creative and versatile Multimedia Content Specialist to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various digital platforms, with a focus on video production, social media, graphic design, and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Create and edit training videos for internal and external use.
• Develop video strategies and provide creative direction for video projects.
• Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Design graphics and flyers using Canva and other design tools.
• Create and optimize content for social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and Pinterest.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow our social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers and drive engagement.
• Analyze performance data to optimize content and campaigns.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Content Management:

• Maintain a centralized content library or knowledge base
• Implement content governance frameworks and style guidelines
• Train department representatives on content best practices
• Analyze content performance across channels and departments

Content Strategy Development:

• Create a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives
• Map content needs across all departments and stakeholder groups
• Establish content calendars and production workflows

Pinterest Content Strategy:

• Develop a Pinterest content plan that includes creating and publishing high-quality image and video Pins.
• Utilize Pinterest features like Idea Pins, Video Pins, and Rich Pins to enhance content engagement.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize Pin descriptions and improve discoverability.
• Monitor Pinterest trends and adjust content accordingly.

Podcast Production:

• Assist in podcast production and promotion across social media platforms.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other teams to ensure brand consistency across all content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, editing, and strategy development.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Strong skills in graphic design, particularly with Canva.
• Experience creating content for various social media platforms, including Pinterest.
• Familiarity with podcast production.
• Excellent creative and storytelling abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience working with Offshore team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Film, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing, graphic design, and social media content creation skills.
• Experience with SEO and content optimization for different platforms.
