• Planning and Scheduling: Supervisors plan employee shifts, work schedules, and coordinate job assignments.
• Task Management: They assign tasks, set expectations, and ensure that work is completed effectively and on time.
• Performance Management: Supervisors provide feedback on employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and help employees set goals.
• Training and Development: They identify training needs, provide guidance, and support employee development.
• Communication: Supervisors act as a point of contact for employees, relaying information from management and addressing employee concerns.
• Problem Solving: They address workplace issues, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to problems that arise.
• Reporting: They prepare reports and updates for upper management, tracking progress and performance.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 3 - 4 years of experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
