Receptionist at Speedaf Express

Speedaf was established in 2019. We are a joint-venture company invested by Chinese leading express enterprises. Since founded, we continuously expanded global network, developed and optimized products, improved customer experience, and introduce IT technologies and equipment to realize automatic operations. Currently, we are building a local and cross-border service network to support air, sea and road transportation with the aim to be the leading diversified integrated logistics solution provider between China and emerging markets. By doing so, it will reduce end-to-end logistics costs between China and emerging markets while providing a stable and recognized logistics services to our customers. Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary

• As a Receptionist, you will be responsibleforgreeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract talent.
• Screen calls and take messages.
• Organize files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
• Inform employees of visitors before allowing them access to the office.
• Direct visitors to the correct office.
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
• Effectively answer and direct phone calls to the correct department.
• Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
• Ensure the reception area and all common areas are clean and tidy at all times.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors and of calls received.
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Maintain the general office filing system.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the company.
• Other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
• Must have at least a year experience as a Receptionist.
• Ability to take initiative and work with little or no supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
