Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Realtor to join our team at Pathfinder.
• As a Realtor, you'll be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Help clients buy, sell, and rent properties, including conducting market research, showing properties, and negotiating transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering timely updates
• Drive sales growth, including generating leads, networking with potential clients, and developing marketing strategies
• Collaborate with other real estate agents, lenders, and industry professionals to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, including changes in local real estate markets, regulatory updates, and industry best practices

Skills

• 1+ year of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
• Strong understanding of real estate principles, including market analysis, property valuation, and transaction management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
