Job Description

• We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agent to join our team at Platinum Commercials. 
• As a Travel Agent, you'll be responsible for planning and booking customized travel itineraries for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book customized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including new destinations, travel restrictions, and supplier offerings
• Collaborate with suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including client itineraries, invoices, and payments

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or related role
• Strong knowledge of travel industry, including destinations, suppliers, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 per month.
