Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. 
• You will play a key role in promoting and selling our real estate properties, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available properties, including pricing, features, and financing options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying process.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitive real estate offerings.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND / HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or any related field
• SSCE Holders who are sale-driven can also apply
• Proven experience in sales (real estate sales experience is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
