What you'll do

• At Ubulu Africa, you will design, implement, and manage innovation programs, and ecosystem-building initiatives that drive sustainable impact.
• You will coordinate program planning and execution, engage with key stakeholders-including startups, corporate partners, and funders—oversee budgets, track and evaluate program outcomes, and support fundraising efforts.
• Collaborating with internal teams, you will enhance program visibility, improve operational efficiency, and represent Ubulu Africa in industry events and strategic forums.

Skills & Requirements you should have

• We're looking for a Programmes Manager with 3+ years of experience in program management, project execution, or ecosystem support roles, preferably in innovation, tech, or entrepreneurship.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience in program design, fundraising, and risk management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development in Africa.
