Job Summary

• The Business Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of our construction company. 
• This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and organizational skills, capable of driving efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• The Business Manager will work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funding for projects and operations.
• Work with external accountants and auditors as required.
• Manage company insurance and financial risk.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures.
• Manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain and organize all company records.
• Support project managers in managing project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Help to implement and improve company software.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Help create and maintain company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a business management role within the construction industry.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of construction accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skill.
• trong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 / Month.
