We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources (HR) / Administration

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We require an experienced, resourceful and self-motivated individual within the age range of 45-50 years to fill the position of Head, HR/Admin for the group

Key Job Specs
The ideal candidate must demonstrate capacity for achieving set target and will, among other functions, be expected to:

• Oversee employee onboarding and talent management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive performance management, employee training and engagement initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits. Supervise administrative functions, including office operations.
• Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee relations issues. 
• Counsel management, section heads and proffer advice/guidance on human resource issues.
• Render regular Human Resource reports and Statistics for management information and use.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 
• Masters degree and/or professional qualification in HR, Management or related field will be an advantage. 

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of HR and Admin experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a manufacturing company and with sound knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices and industrial relations.
