Key Responsibilities

• Generating Leads: Identifying potential customers and prospects through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, online research).
• Outreach and Engagement: Contacting potential customers via phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce the company and its offerings.
• Needs Assessment: Understanding the customer's needs, challenges, and goals to tailor product/service solutions.
• Product/Service Presentation: Clearly and persuasively presenting the value proposition of the company's products or services to potential customers.
• Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and conditions to secure sales and contracts.
• Providing Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitoring Competitor Activities: Staying informed about competitor activities and strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Salary
N60,000 to N70,000 per month.
