Job Description

• We're looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead our team and develop strategies that focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and quality service. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion and HR management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives
• Manage overall operations, including budgeting, financials, and staff management
• Oversee customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments to optimize performance
• Maintain a productive work environment through effective team leadership and conflict resolution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
• Report to senior management and provide regular updates on business performance

Requirements

• Strong background and knowledge in fashion
• Background in HR management
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
