We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer 

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The HR Officer will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, select, and onboard top talent.
• The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in recruitment and HR practices within the automobile sector, contributing to our mission of building a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and role requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (e.g., attendance, leave records, etc.).
• Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Provide guidance on employment laws and company policies.
• Support other HR functions as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the automobile industry
• Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR software and recruitment tools.
