We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

About the Job

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and oversee the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a sales team, exceeding targets, and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in building a high-performance sales culture, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of Kallys IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on both new customer acquisition and account growth.
  • Set individual and team performance goals, track progress, and provide regular reporting on sales activities and results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed and grow.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in managed IT services or SaaS sales is a must.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record in building a high-performing sales team and driving business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the IT services or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, managed services, cybersecurity and cloud-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead from the front with a hands-on approach.

Salary
N400,000 / Month basic + performance bonus
