Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with a robust background in real estate and property sales, particularly with a focus on crafting captivating content for luxury apartments. 
• The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, a creative thinker, and tech-savvy, able to leverage digital platforms to produce engaging content. 
• This role requires a team player who can collaborate with various departments to ensure that our brand's voice and message resonate across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit high-quality content for our website, marketing materials, newsletters, social media, and property listings that highlight our luxury real estate offerings.
• Develop compelling narratives that effectively convey the unique selling points of our properties, creating an emotional connection with potential buyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and branding efforts.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility and attract more potential clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand target audience needs and tailor content that addresses their preferences and concerns.
• Stay current on real estate trends and market developments to ensure content is timely and relevant.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate content ideas and strategies to promote our luxury offerings.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and inform future content strategies.

Measurable KPIs

• Increase in engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) on published content across various platforms.
• Improvement in website traffic attributed to content-related initiatives.
• Number of leads generated from written content, measured through marketing campaigns and property listings.
• Positive feedback from the sales team and management regarding the effectiveness and quality of content produced.
• Consistent adherence to publishing schedules and deadlines.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a content writer in the real estate sector, with a portfolio showcasing successful content for luxury properties.
• Proven track record of producing sellable and captivating content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the luxury real estate market and understanding of buyer demographics and trends is a plus.

Competencies:

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong ability to create clear and engaging messages.
• Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
