Job Summary

• Suacasa Nigeria is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate and property sales. 
• The ideal candidate must possess a creative flair, an eye for detail, and a proven ability to curate visually captivating designs for luxury apartments.
• A great communicator with strong collaboration skills, this individual will work closely with various teams to produce high-quality graphic content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and property listings that showcase our luxury real estate offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that effectively communicate our brand message and marketing strategies.
• Develop branding materials and design templates to maintain a cohesive and professional visual identity across all marketing platforms.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various mediums, including websites, social media, email promotions, and print.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies within the real estate and marketing sectors to produce innovative and contemporary designs.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Prepare graphics for presentations, events, and exhibitions as needed.

Measurable KPIs:

• Increase in engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) on graphic content produced for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Timeliness of project delivery, measured by adherence to deadlines and the number of revisions needed.
• Positive feedback from marketing and sales teams regarding the quality and effectiveness of graphic materials.
• Improvement in brand recognition and customer interest as measured through various marketing analytics tools.
• Contribute to the overall success of marketing campaigns through enhanced visual storytelling.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer in the real estate sector, with a portfolio showcasing successful designs for luxury properties.
• Proven track record of creating sellable and captivating designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Familiarity with current design trends, techniques, and best practices within real estate marketing.
• Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• A keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail to produce high-quality designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to feedback and a willingness to iterate on designs.
