Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Videographer/Drone Pilot to join our creative team. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography and aerial photography, with a proven ability to produce visually stunning content that showcases our luxury properties. 
• This role requires a creative individual with excellent technical skills as well as a keen eye for detail. 
• The Videographer/Drone Pilot will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop high-quality visual content that enhances our brand presence and engages potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various marketing initiatives, including property showcases, promotional videos, and virtual tours.
• Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties, neighborhoods, and construction sites, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with our brand's messaging and objectives.
• Conduct thorough pre-production planning, including scouting locations, organizing schedules, and selecting appropriate filming equipment.
• Edit video footage and incorporate graphics, sound, and music to create polished, professional final products that meet brand standards.
• Stay informed about current video production trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our video content.
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring all gear is in good working order and ready for use.
• Create engaging social media video content and promotional materials to enhance our online presence.

Measurable KPIs

• Increase in engagement metrics (views, likes, shares) on video content published across various platforms.
• Timeliness of project delivery, measured by adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Positive feedback from clients and stakeholders regarding the quality and impact of video content.
• Improvement in lead generation and conversion rates attributed to video marketing efforts.
• Contribution to overall brand image and online presence as measured through analytics tools.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in videography and drone piloting, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
• Certified drone pilot with a valid license and knowledge of applicable regulations and safety protocols.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects, particularly in luxury real estate or related fields.
• Familiarity with videography lighting techniques and sound design is a plus.

Competencies:

• Proficiency in videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong knowledge of drone operation and aerial photography techniques.
• Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail in video composition and editing.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative video concepts.
