Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee our day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
• The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. 
• This role will oversee various aspects of operations, including property management, maintenance, customer service, and administrative functions. 
• The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Property Management: Oversee property management functions, including lease administration, rent collection, and property maintenance.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain operational reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, introducing new ideas and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience:  5 -7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leadership and team management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in operational software and systems.
