Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee our day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients.
This role will oversee various aspects of operations, including property management, maintenance, customer service, and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Property Management: Oversee property management functions, including lease administration, rent collection, and property maintenance.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and ensuring effective resource allocation.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain operational reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, introducing new ideas and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5 -7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Leadership: Proven track record of leadership and team management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in operational software and systems.
