Shulifang Biotechnology is a fast growing company situated in the Lekki free zone Lagos state. we are into the production of FMCG products such as Detergent, liquid soap, edible oil, PET bottles, face powder, perfumes, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Marketing Officer (FMCG Products)

Description 

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Marketing Officer to join our team.
• As a Field Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and promoting our products in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and plans in the field to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and retailers to inform marketing decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors
• Implement and manage in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of success in executing marketing strategies and promoting products in the field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, target marketing, and brand management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
