Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our client, a law firm based in Lekki-Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our client's services.
• You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic to our client's digital channels, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Planning:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define KPIs and track campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation & Management:

• Manage website content, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Design social media posts

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor and improve website performance using SEO tools.
• Technical SEO

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & SEM:

• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across key social platforms.
• Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and grow community presence.

Email Marketing and Advertising:

• Build and manage mailing lists.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns with measurable results.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance, and generate regular reports.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

• Analyze website data to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests and make data-driven recommendations.

Marketing Automation:

• Set up and manage workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Automate lead nurturing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion.

Stay Current:

• Keep up with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Continuously recommend improvements to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, Ads Manager, Canva, Capcut, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
