Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Data Entry/Analyst who will play a crucial role in maintaining, analyzing, and processing data for the company. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, conducting basic data analysis, and generating reports to inform business decisions. 
• The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and generate detailed reports, presentations, and summaries based on data findings.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data alignment across the organization.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of data management processes and strategies.
• Provide support in data-driven projects, including the collection and validation of data.
• Respond to queries regarding data and assist with resolving any data-related issues.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• A minimum of [insert number of years] years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a similar field.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data management software.
• Knowledge of data entry procedures, data cleaning, and basic data analysis techniques.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
