Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team
• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Continental dishes, leading the kitchen team, and maintaining exceptional culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and mentoring junior staff.
• Maintain exceptional culinary standards, including presentation, flavor, and quality.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum of 5years of experience as a Continental Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software and systems.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
