Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team. 
• In this role, you will assist customers, support sales efforts, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to customers, assisting with product selection and inquiries
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the store's overall performance
• Ensure product displays are well-organized, attractive, and stocked to meet customer demand
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Restock shelves and ensure proper product placement and organization
• Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a high level of store efficiency and customer service
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
• Participate in regular stock checks, inventory management, and product rotation tasks

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in a similar role within a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and processing transactions
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve store objectives
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in product presentation and store layout
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs
• Only Female candidates

Work Schedule:

• Four days a week and two compulsory Sundays in a Month.

Salary
N75,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
