We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Training Inspector

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Job Responsibilties

• On-site inspection if training has been carried out as planned
• Evaluate the training environment
• Evaluate the PPT of training materials
• Evaluate the professional of trainer
• Evaluate the skills of trainer
• Evaluate the verbal expression of trainer
• Evaluate the performance of trainees in training
• Organize and inspect test
• Check the quality of examination papers
• Check whether the test results are open, fair and just
• Confirmation the test result
• Writing training daily report
• Sending training daily report
• Give good suggestion about training improvement and improvement of the department in training.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor`s Degree in Education or related field
• Skills: Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ability to work independently and in a team.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
