We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Sales and Marketing

Location: Oribanwa - Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our business growth efforts across multiple sectors, including real estate, investment, and energy solutions.
  • In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue, managing high-level accounts, and leading the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed organizational targets. 
  • You will oversee daily operations, craft effective sales strategies, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that align with the company’s overall vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team.
  • Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust plans for optimization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align business goals with marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  • Represent the company at high-level networking events and industry functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA or other postgrad qualifications is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years in a sales/marketing leadership role (preferably in investment-focused or B2C sectors).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and performance analytics.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record in driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, and managing sales pipelines.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Experience developing and implementing campaigns (online & offline) that generate leads and build brand visibility.
  • Client Relationship & Account Management: Skilled in building long-term partnerships and nurturing investor relationships.
  • Team Management: Experience leading, motivating, and developing cross-functional teams toward achieving sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Real estate, property investment, agribusiness, or FMCG sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to close high-value deals.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
