Located in two popular mainland areas of Lagos state, Nigeria, "Bheerhugz” as popularly called, is a one stop location for all social, family and corporate functions. It is a Leisure and relaxation Center.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mixologist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibiltiies

• Interact with customers and provide recommendations and suggestions on the choice of drinks.
• Take orders for drinks from both waiters and customers.
• Responsible for preparing drinks to be served to customers.
• Communicate with guests and assist with their queries.
• Respond promptly to customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
• Coordinate with waiters and runners to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Understand and communicate products and services available to customers.
• Arrange drinks in glasses attractively.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverages and alcohol available for sale.
• Maintain and organize all storage of liquor, beer, wine, and consumables.
• Ensure that proper liquor is ordered within BHC-approved product list.
• Serve drinks and wines according to required serving sizes and measurements.
• Maintain all dockets received and record all drinks served from the bar.
• Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol and, if required, politely refuse further service.
• Perform tasks such as lifting and arranging crates and cartons.
• Monitor orders and prepare an inventory of drinks required to replenish supplies.
• Conduct monthly inventories of liquor, beer, wine, glassware, bar service equipment, and consumables.
• Comply with all regulations related to serving alcohol.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Ensure that glasses and the working area are always clean.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
• Communicate our loyalty solutions to customers and encourage them to join the platform.
• Carry out stock-taking at the beginning and end of each day and ensure stock balance.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors, shop manager, GM, or MD.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to achieving the organization’s objectives.
• Be able to communicate well with people at all levels.
• Report any issues of concern to the shop manager.
• Always be a team player and use initiative when necessary.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 monthly.
