They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client urgent desires the services of Sales Executives who are passionate about selling.
  • The ideal candidate should have a Degree or HND in a relevant field with a minimum of 3 years experience in active selling. 
  • For the purpose of gender balance, our client prefers female candidates

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology;
  • Providing advice to customers on all aspects of the use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale;
  • Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
  • Managing your own diary in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;
  • Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
  • Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
  • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
  • Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals;
  • Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
  • Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers’ systems and processes, and then documenting them;
  • Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets;
  • Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
  • Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.
  • Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
  • Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.
  • Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
  • Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.
  • Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
  • Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Taking part in team meetings.
  • Any other assignment.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in related fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
