Job Description

• We are looking for two experienced Business Managers specializing in Real Estate, Building Construction, and Facility Management. 
• The ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil engineering, quantity surveying, and architectural design. 
• As a Business Manager, you will oversee the management of construction and facility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee real estate development projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise building construction and facility management operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Develop project plans and budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree 
• 5-15 years of experience in real estate, building construction, or facility management.
• Expertise in civil engineering, quantity surveying, and architecture.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction and real estate projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
