Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly creative, result-oriented and seasoned marketing expert to join our team to develop and implement marketing strategies that will enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.
• As a marketing expert, you’ll serve as the point of contact between the business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and executecomprehensive marketing plansto promote the brand, products, and seasonal collections.
• Conductmarket researchto identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Oversee branding efforts to maintain aconsistent brand imageacross all platforms.
• Supervise and contribute to content creation, including fashion photography, videos, social media posts, and blog articles.
• Manage collaborations withinfluencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors.
• Partner with the sales team to create promotional strategies that drive foot traffic and online sales.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and preparemonthly marketing reports.
• Organize and promotefashion events, pop-ups, and collaborations.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through communication means.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.
• Perform every other duty as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing (fashion industry experience is a must).
• Strong knowledge of social media management, SEO, and digital marketing tools
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have worked in a fashion industry.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
