Job Title: AC Technician

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We seek a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC systems and a strong understanding of electrical components and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Perform regular maintenance on cooling systems to ensure efficiency.
• Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, motors, and fans.
• Monitor and report on system performance and recommend upgrades.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and new installations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete tasks within deadlines.

Education & Certification

• SSCE/OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Vocational training or certification in HVAC technology is an added advantage.
• Relevant trade licenses or certification (e.g., EPA certification) preferred.

Experience:

• 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience as an AC Technician or in a similar HVAC role.

Required Skills:

• Technical expertise in HVAC system installation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of electrical wiring and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices.

Salary
N160,000 - N200,000 monthly.
