Job Description

• The general manager will oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the company, ensuring the achievement of business goals and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and deep knowledge of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Projects, Finance, and Administration.
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of real estate projects within budget.
• Oversee property acquisitions, development, and sales activities.
• Set performance goals for staff and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and present business reports to the board or executive management.
• Manage key client relationships and represent the company in high-level negotiations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to guide business decisions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• 7–10 years of experience in real estate, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
