Role Overview

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Lead to take charge of our marketing strategy, brand growth, and campaign execution.
• The Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility and growth of the Eden Oasis brand. 
• This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and hands-on execution. 
• The ideal candidate must be deeply familiar with both digital and traditional marketing, and have a passion for real estate branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Lead a team of content creators, designers, and digital marketers, ensuring all efforts align with the company’s goals.
• Oversee social media management, content development, email campaigns, paid ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to create effective marketing funnels and client engagement strategies.
• Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Manage and grow the Eden Oasis brand across all platforms, ensuring a consistent tone, visual identity, and message.
• Supervise the production of marketing materials including videos, graphics, flyers, and brochures.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and marketing innovations to keep Eden Oasis ahead of the curve.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and coordinate with vendors or external agencies when necessary.
• Represent the brand at events, property exhibitions, and collaborations with industry influencers or media outlets.

Requirements & Expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or luxury brand industry.
• Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns and managing a marketing team.
• Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand positioning and storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lekki.
• Must be ready to resume immediately.
