Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations / Business Development Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive business growth. 
• A highly skilled and experienced Business Development Expert with a proven track record of securing new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector. 
• The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning abilities and exceptional client relationship management skills to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: 

• Ensure that all operations are executed in a cost-effective and timely manner, aligning with specifications and quality requirements.
• Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to enhance organizational performance.
• Oversee procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise human resources.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local regulations.

Business Development:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growths.
• Prepare and negotiate business proposals, contracts, and agreements to secure new projects and partnerships.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management and business development within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budget development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary & Benefiits

• N1,000,000- N1,500,000 / Month.
• HMO, Commission & Bonuses.
