Summary

• We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to spearhead our growing team of Independent Marketers in the vibrant Lagos market. 
• This is a unique opportunity to build and motivate a team, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of Virgin-Landmarts Limited.
• As the Team Leader for Independent Marketers, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of independent sales professionals across regions. 
• You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales targets.
• This hybrid role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train new Independent Marketers.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance. 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.    
• Provide guidance and support to team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance.
• Support team members in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Virgin-Landmarts Limited professionally and ethically.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in managing a remote or hybrid team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong motivational and coaching abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Strong understanding of the Lagos market and customer demographics.
• Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
