Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and result-driven Marketing Manager who will beresponsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to reach target audiences, build brand awareness, and drive business growth.
• You will take a data-driven approach, using multiple channels to increase brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
• You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• The ideal candidate will be one who is committed to innovation, excellence and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning with business objectives.
• Plans and executes marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, advertising, and events.
• Manages marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Leads and manages a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction.
• Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success and inform future strategies.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the brand's identity, reputation, and overall performance.
• Conducts market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a management role.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
