TNL Pharma Limited is a group of registered companies, with operational basethroughout Nigeria and Corporate Head Offices in Lagos, Nigeria.Established in September 1997, TNL Pharma Limited is a member of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Marketing Companies in Nigeria. It is also a member of several trade bodies such as World Trade Organisation (WTO), Nigerian German Trade Delegation and Nigerian Turkish Chamber of Commerce.Our Manufacturing plants are located in Lagos for both Pharmaceuticals and Neutraceuticals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Benue, Delta, Gombe, Kogi and Taraba
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Generate Leads: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential clients orpartners
  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Promote Products / Services: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business opportunities.
  • Analyze Market Data: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve company goals.
  • Manage the Sales Process: Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and provide sales reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address client needs and concerns, and provide excellent customer service to build loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Experience in Business Developing Executives within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Skills:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
  • Sales and Business Development Experience: Proven track record of success in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Networking and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales, and analyze data.
  • Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Ability to present ideas effectively and negotiate contracts and terms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve company goals.
