E-Commerce Manager at RHMS Tech

With a growing inventory base, we’re looking for a strong digital leader to help scale our operations through a reliable and optimized website experience.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Own and manage RHMS’s website as the central commerce channel.
• Ensure all products, prices, grades, and inventory data on the site are accurate and aligned with market trends.
• Conduct regular price surveys within Computer Village to keep pricing competitive.
• Sync with procurement and sales teams to update prices dynamically.
• Coordinate with content and graphics teams to ensure product listings are visually appealing.
• Ensure swap logic, BNPL, and repair options are working as intended on the site.
• Collaborate with the product manager, developer team, and CEO to improve feature delivery.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and inventory trackers to monitor website performance and user behavior.
• Ensure checkout flows (Pay on Delivery, Buy Now Pay Later, Save for Gadget) are always functioning.

Weekly Schedule (Hybrid Role):

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday: Work from home
• Wednesday – Friday: On-site (office)
• Saturday: Twice a month (only when required)

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• You have 2 years plus of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, or custom CMS).
• You are obsessed with product accuracy, pricing trends, and customer experience.
• You are comfortable working with developers and updating CMS or admin tools.
• You understand Lagos tech commerce culture – you’re familiar with “Computer Village energy.”
• You are proactive, data-driven, and able to lead cross-functional improvements.
• You’re available full-time and can work with a sense of ownership and urgency.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory syncing tools or plug-ins
• Marketplace management experience (Jiji, Konga, Jumia)
• Familiarity with BNPL, device grading, or repair logic
• Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress admin skills

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
