Job Title: Client Success Lead

Job Role

• We’re looking for a Customer Success Lead who understands the importance of relationships, retention, and results.
• You will be the bridge between our clients and our platform, making sure they onboard smoothly, adopt fully, and stay happy.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, and support for new and existing clients.
• Delegate tasks to the customer success team
• Build and manage strong client relationships across industries.
• Proactively reduce churn and drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Track customer health and step in before issues arise.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to shape future features.
• Design and refine CS processes that scale.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Experience, at least you’ve done this 4+ years and know how to manage clients well.
• Communicate clearly and confidently.
• Are tech-savvy and have used tools like Intercom, HuHbSpot, or Zendesk.
• Love solving problems and making people’s lives easier.
• Bonus: You’ve worked in SaaS or Market Tech before.
